It is Important You Play Fairly
We offer licenses to use DayBreak’s contact list databases on a per user basis. Our licensing program is similar to software applications provided software giants such as Microsoft, Symantec and Oracle. Quite simply, you are provided with a license to use our tools for your own use. You are not allowed to share our contact list database with your co-workers, friends, girlfriends, buddies, mother, father, uncle etc.To protect DayBreak’s assets we have seeded the contact list database with “dummy” names. When you download, or receive names to use from DayBreak, you will receive one per one hundred names that are completely made up. However, these names have been registered within the appropriate city, county and state registrars as owned by DayBreak.

The dummy names that you receive within your downloads are unique to you. Thus, should you share your account log-
in, or contact list names with anyone - and they begin to use your licensed information we will be notified
immediately. Should we discover anyone using your account - you will be notified in writing and your account may be
suspended immediately. All we ask is you play fairly - use our information for your own use. Do not share our
information with anyone else. Our licensing program is priced very aggressively to allow anyone to be able to take
advantage of what DayBreak has spent over a hundred million dollars creating. Should you have any questions
